Siemens Gamesa Corporate Design: Perfectly Styled

A brand-new company has to have a distinct look. When it’s built from two established and recognizable brands, then even more so.
The merger of Siemens Wind Power and Gamesa into a new wind energy corporation presented us with a major challenge: the conception, creation, and introduction of new, internationally-valid design guidelines.

It was a complex project that had to be completed under extreme time pressure and with the utmost care and precision. Fortunately, our years of cooperation and experience with Siemens Wind Power proved an invaluable asset.

When Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy was launched in April 2017, our work on the project was already in full swing. After a branding agency provided the base, the expansion of the corporate design, in all its detail and across all communication touchpoints, was exclusively ours to handle.

Today, our 11 application guidelines, totaling more than 300 pages, shape the face of Siemens Gamesa: from advertising, literature, and AV media to trade show design and product branding, to work wear, vehicle signage, and merchandising.

This face is also reflected in the image pool we designed and produced. The images photographed on Gran Canaria, Tenerife, and La Palma bring people into the company’s context, with the elemental force of wind impressively showcased as a never-ending source of energy.

As the international lead design agency, we are now responsible for the further development and worldwide verification of the national subsidiaries’ compliance with the new corporate design.

Seven points or seven meters – the guidelines determine the image of the brand.
