Located in the industrial heart of Germany, Loll Feinmechanik has been synonymous with innovative developments and high-precision components, assemblies, and complete systems for over 70 years. The company serves clients in technology sectors like analytics, energy, aerospace, mechanical engineering, and medical technology, always striving to deliver optimal solutions. To ensure this continues, they need new talents. We supported Loll Feinmechanik with a tailored recruiting campaign featuring authentic faces on camera, helping them not only attract young talents but also strengthen their image as an appealing employer.

The challenge? To attract the best minds in a highly competitive market, while the company concentrates on what it does best: precision at the highest level. For this reason we got to work and developed a multi-stage social media campaign that presented Loll Feinmechanik in a new light.

From TikTok to LinkedIn to Instagram – we did our best to make Loll visible where young talents spend their time. A clever mix of organic and paid content ensured the message was delivered: At Loll, you’ll find more than just a job – you’ll find your future.

The results? Impressive reach and engagement across all social media channels, as well as a campaign microsite that lays the foundation for future applications.

From Screws to Script: The Heart of the Campaign as Trailer Format

Thousands of Clicks, Targeted Messaging: Social Media as Main Touchpoint.

In addition to the recruiting trailer, more than 200 other content pieces were created and distributed across all social media platforms – always focussing on the campaign’s key message: "Shape your future with us." Depending on the target audience, specific content was placed on the appropriate channels. Special attention was paid to TikTok, which offered great potential for reaching future apprentices and which was built from scratch for this purpose. Selected content and top organic performers were also promoted as part of a two-stage paid media strategy.
