In order to support Fr. Meyer’s Sohn in the search for apprentices and dual students, we developed, apart from regular communication, a mobile conference booth together with an information brochure for career and training fairs. The challenges of tasks like this are specific: motivate the young target group, without appearing to be anxious and stand out in the mass of vendors without exceeding the (small) budget. Our solution is an company folder to take away, which also contains a first "recruitment test". Because there is no place to work for one of the world's largest independent sea freight forwarding company for anyone who does not manage to fold a paper boat.
