In 2011, we developed a new positioning for the company SCHWENK Dämmtechnik. Which we then were tasked with communicating to the company's employees in such a way as to make them embrace it. We developed a strong campaign that translated the three core values of the new positioning - innovation, ingenuity, and competitiveness - into the campaign slogan "I am SCHWENK Dämmtechnik" (Ich bin SCHWENK Dämmtechnik). A presentation, a folder, and motivational posters generated true understanding and acceptance of the repositioning across all levels of the company.
